Monoblock: Filling and Capping machines

All-in-One Solution

Monoblock: Filling and Capping machines. All in one machine.

Mengibar’s Monoblock filling and capping machines is the single machine which has multiple applications. The Monoblock is the all-in-one solution for any liquid filling and capping process. This equipment combines two or more liquid filling and capping operations in one single machine base and assures traceability of each bottle while it is inside of the Monoblock.

Monoblocks feature the same benefits of stand-alone Rotary Cappers Machines in terms of flexibility, smart flow control, enhanced accuracy, real time production management, electronic torque control and servo cam, etc.

Markets & Applications

Custom Series

Our stand-alone filling machines are built to handle tough chemicals. They feature robust construction, superior corrosion-resistant materials like Hastelloy and polyamide coatings, and proven fume extraction systems to keep your operation safe and efficient. For added versatility, a monoblock version with plugging and capping functionalities is also available.

Dealing with corrosive liquids

CORROSION-PROOF SERIES

ATEX certification ensures our explosion-proof filling machines meet rigorous EU safety standards, similar to US (NEC) and Canadian (CEC) requirements. This allows safe operation in flammable environments according to the certified zone. Mengibar provides complete solutions and documentation for safe and efficient operation, including a monoblock version with capping and plugging functionalities.

EXPLOSION-PROOF
DESIGN

The Monoblocks XL Series combines the precision of MagFlow and Mass Flow fillers with a larger footprint to handle industrial-sized containers (5, 10, and 15 liters) on a rotary platform. This versatile monoblock is the ideal all-in-one solution for high-volume production of large containers, but Mengibar also offers stand-alone fillers and cappers for specific needs.

Solution for larger containers

ENHANCED CAPACITY FOR LARGER CONTAINERS

Our OTC Series liquid filling machines are specifically designed for safe and efficient handling of over-the-counter medications. They ensure gentle product handling for small glass or plastic containers with various closure systems, all within a controlled environment thanks to HEPA-filtered laminar flow hoods and inert gas flushing.

Ideal for sensible liquids on small bottles

OTC PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY

Mengibar's Hot Filler ensures consistent product temperature with its double-jacketed product path and continuous thermic fluid recirculation. This technology is ideal for hot liquid filling of solid products that become liquids at high temperatures (like candles) and sterilization purposes.

Swirl Filling Machine controls the flow of multiple colors and precisely handles both product and bottle to form unique patterns. To develop your perfect recipe, we offer Laboratory Bench Units for testing different combinations. Production Fillers can then import these parameters to ensure identical production runs.
