Monoblock: Filling and Capping machines

All-in-One Solution

Monoblock: Filling and Capping machines. All in one machine.

Mengibar’s Monoblock filling and capping machines is the single machine which has multiple applications. The Monoblock is the all-in-one solution for any liquid filling and capping process. This equipment combines two or more liquid filling and capping operations in one single machine base and assures traceability of each bottle while it is inside of the Monoblock.

Monoblocks feature the same benefits of stand-alone Rotary Cappers Machines in terms of flexibility, smart flow control, enhanced accuracy, real time production management, electronic torque control and servo cam, etc.

Markets & Applications

Custom Series

Our monoblock filling systems are designed to handle aggressive chemicals with ease. Built with high-resistance materials like Hastelloy and polyamide coatings, they ensure long-term durability. Integrated fume extraction and pressurized enclosures enhance safety and performance. For a complete solution, plugging and capping functions are seamlessly incorporated.

Dealing with corrosive liquids

CORROSION-PROOF SERIES

Designed for flammable products, our explosion-proof monoblocks comply with ATEX certification, aligning with EU, US (NEC), and Canadian (CEC) safety standards. Engineered for hazardous environments, they ensure reliable performance with integrated capping and plugging functionalities. Mengibar delivers complete solutions with full compliance documentation for safe and efficient operation.

Filling flammable products

EXPLOSION-PROOF
DESIGN

The Monoblocks XL Series integrates MagFlow and Mass Flow technology into a rotary platform, ensuring precision in filling 5, 10, and 15-liter containers. Designed for high-volume production, it offers an all-in-one solution, while stand-alone fillers and cappers are also available for specific requirements.

Solution for larger containers

ENHANCED CAPACITY FOR LARGER CONTAINERS

Designed for over-the-counter medications, our monoblock systems ensure precise and gentle filling of small glass or plastic bottles. Integrated closure solutions, HEPA-filtered laminar flow hoods, and inert gas flushing maintain a controlled environment for product integrity and safety.

Ideal for sensible liquids on small bottles

OTC PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY

Designed for products that require high-temperature filling, our monoblock system maintains consistent heat with a double-jacketed product path and continuous thermic fluid recirculation. Ideal for applications like candles and sterilization, it ensures precision and efficiency in every cycle.
