Our company, currently undergoing a growth process, needs to add a Senior Accounting Professional to our Accounting and Finance department, who will report to the company’s CFO.
The main objective of the position is to ensure the correct execution of the assigned accounting and administrative processes.
… your role will be:
- Accounting:
- Accounting movements registrator.
- Accounting for invoices to suppliers.
- Forecasting and payments to suppliers.
- Banks accounting.
- Entry of cheks and receipts.
- Collection claims.
- Administration:
- Labor management (time tracking, overtime, absenteeism, vacations, etc.).
- Document filing.
- Travel expenses control.
- Invoicing (sales and after-sales).
- Audit collaboration.
- After-sales backup (administration).
… we look for:
- Especialized Technician in Accountancy and Administration
- Universitary Degree in Accountancy or similar.
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar functions.
- Fluent in English (minim B2)
- Highly organized professional, with teamwork skills, attention to detail, following rules, and ensuring quality in their work. .
- Able to work 30h/week.
