Aftersales Engineer

Within our growth project and our company objective, we are looking for an Aftersales Engineer profile for our Head Quarters in Rubi (Barcelona)….

… your role will be:

• Reception and Management of Customer Needs
• Provide technical solutions in collaboration with the After-Sales Management.
• Coordinate with the rest of the team, as well as with other departments, with the development of requested orders.
• Control deadlines and traceability.
• Confirm delivery tracking with Logistics and customer status.

… we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must.
• Advanced level of English.
• Other languages will be valued.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical management positions in machinery or industrial environments with clients.
• Get used to work with different teams.
• Experience in designing solutions for clients.
